◆書庫内資料の再配置および南棟書庫2,3の臨時閉室について
Notice about the rearrangement in South Wing Stacks

このたび、図書増加に伴う配架スペースの狭隘化に対応するため、
書庫内資料を以下の通り再配置することとなりました。
また、これに伴い南棟書庫２，３を臨時閉室いたします。
利用者のみなさまにはご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、
ご理解、ご協力のほどお願いいたします。
なお、ご不明な点はスタッフまでお尋ねください。
１．書庫内資料の再配置について
・再配置対象資料
南棟書庫２、３に配架している新分類洋書
・再配置日程
作業期間：平成27年9月24日（木）から平成27年9月30日（水）
（平成27年10月1日（木）から新配置で公開予定）
なお、作業期間中は南棟書庫２、３を臨時休室といたします。
詳細は「２．南棟書庫２，３の臨時閉室について」をご参照ください。
・再配置内容
対象資料のうち、
請求記号が「９」で始まる図書：吉田南総合図書館B2集密書庫に移動
請求記号が「７」「８」で始まる図書：南棟書庫３に移動
大型図書：南棟書庫３に、新たに大型図書コーナーを設置のうえ移動
２．南棟書庫２，３の臨時閉室について
・臨時閉室期間
平成27年9月24日（木）から平成27年9月30日（水）
・閉室期間中の資料利用について
南棟書庫２、３には、利用者は入室できません。
必要な資料は、事前申し込みにより職員が出納します。
出納の申込は カウンターまたはメール(推奨)で承ります。
ご入り用の資料タイトル、資料ID、請求記号を明記のうえ、
お申し込みください。
＊出納時間は平日9時、12時、17時の１日3回です。
作業の関係上、その他の時間には出納できませんのでご了承ください。
なお、南棟書庫１、４〜６、B1書庫、B2書庫については
通常通りご利用いただけます。

We will rearrange the books in South Wing Stack 2 & 3 as described below.
Schedule for rearrangement
2015/09/24 (Thu) 〜 2015/09/30 (Wed)
By this rearrangement, we will move
Books given the classification number begins with "9"
South Wing Stack 2 & 3 → compact shelving area in the stack (B2)
Books given the classification number begins with "7" or "8"
South Wing Stack 2 → South Wing Stack 3
Large books
We will newly place the shelves for large books in South Wing
Stack 3.
If you want to access to books in South Wing Stack 2 & 3 in these days,
please ask to us by E-mail (*recommended) or
at the library circulation desk preliminarily.
We will carry them from the stacks to the library circulation desk for you.
On 2015/10/01(Thu), we will reopen South Wing Stack 2 & 3.
You will be able to access to books in these stacks by yourself again
from the date.
Even during the schedule,
you can access to books in South Wing Stack 1, 4, 5 & 6,
and basement stacks (B1/ B2) as usual.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
