Kyoto University Library conducts this survey to improve the library services. We appreciate your cooperation.
There are 31 questions in this survey. It takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Period: December 17 (Wed), 2008 - January 30 (Fri), 2009
Methods: 1. Filling out the printed survey sheet 2. Answer through the website
Submission: Please submit the survey sheet to the collection box located in your nearest library or respond online.
Results: The results will be released on the library web site, etc.
