Currently there is an problem with access to the full-text of  ScienceDirect. 
Users will see the below error message.

Sorry, your request can't be processed due to a system problem. Contact the Help Desk if the problem persists. [SD-008]

And an error has occured with Scopus.

Restoration work is still continuing now.
