The National Center for Overseas Periodicals (NCOP)
The National Center for Overseas Periodicals (NCOP) consists of 9 university libraries that collect domestically rare foreign periodicals in designated areas. NCOP aims to improve the infrastructure of academic information and to provide scholars with the information needed.
