About the access error to e-journals

Since the maintenance of the E-Journal and Database Authentication System on Tuesday, Nov. 24
https://www.kulib.kyoto-u.ac.jp/modules/bulletin/index.php?page=article&storyid=1785,
many cases of access problems are reported.

In most cases, the delay or failure of access is caused by cache of your PC.
Please perform the following three methods and check if you can access to e-journals.

1. Please clear the cache of your browser.

2. Please use another browser.

3. Please refer to the following manual and change your proxy setting.

- If your current setting is that on p. 1, please change it to that on p. 2.
- If your current setting is that on p. 2, please change it to that on p. 1.
