We will restart accepting the use of outsiders by appointment.

In order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and maintain the research environment of the library, the use of outsiders is limited to “Those who have a book search permit in the library and those who are eligible for new issuance”.

From April 5, 2021, the opening hours and services will be as follows.
Please note the following precautions when using the materials to prevent the spread of infection.

1. The opening hours of the library and study room (for undergraduate
students only) are as follows.
( For regular closed days, please check the opening schedule.)
Mon.-Fri.: 9: 00-20: 00
Saturday: 9: 00-17: 00

2. Limited reading seats are available.
Avoid long-term use, please be considerate of others when seated.

3. We accept reservations for outsiders from 9:00 to 16:00 on weekdays.
Not available to those without a reservation.
Maximum stay time is 2 hours.

(Mon.-Fri. 10: 00-16: 00).
[The library search permit is limited to graduates of the Graduate School of Law, Kyoto University. Outsiders cannot apply.]
