The Project Euclid site https://projecteuclid.org came back online last night and access has been restored.
However, the access icons (green checkmarks and red padlocks) may not be displaying correctly.
Despite the presence of a red padlock icon, your users can proceed to download the full-text PDFs of articles
to which your institution has access.
Resolved!(2017.11.16 9:06)→The Project Euclid site https://projecteuclid.org is temporarily unavailable in some regions due to server outages. The IT group at Cornell University is working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
We thank you for your patience.
