「オープン・サイテーションとは？　－欧米で進む引用データのオープン化、日本における現状と機関リポジトリへの影響－」

◆一言PR・概要

オープン・サイテーションを知っていますか？

 オープン・サイテーションとは、学術出版物に記載された引用データ（参考文献リスト）を利活用しやすい形式でオープンにすることです。引用データは、研究評価、図書館の蔵書形成など重要な場面で活用されていますが、複雑なライセンスにより保護され自由なアクセスが難しい状況でした。この状況を打開するために、2017年4月に、学術機関と出版社によって、I4OC（Initiative for Open Citations）が設立され、欧米にてオープン・サイテーションが急速に進展しています。

本ポスターは、2019年度京都大学図書館機構講演会（https://www.kulib.kyoto-u.ac.jp/bulletin/1381711 ）の内容をもとに、オープン・サイテーションの重要性、日本におけるオープン・サイテーションの現状について理解を深めることを目的とします。また、その機関リポジトリへの展開を考えることで、これからの大学図書館の共通課題として共有する機会にしたいと思います。
