【Main Library】Changing of Payment method for ILL [from April 2018]

Payment method for Interlibrary Loan/Photocopy at private expenses will be changed on April 2nd, 2018.

The place of payment will change from the Main Library to CO-OP shop. After April 2nd, you need to pay charges at Clock Tower CO-OP Shop.

Pick up at Main Library, Interlibrary Loan Desk

 Weekdays 9:00-16:45

*Hours will be extended soon.

 

Pay at Clock Tower CO-OP Shop 

 Weekdays 10:00-20:00

 Saturday 11:00-15:00

 Sunday/Holiday Closed

*From April 2 to April 8: Weekdays 10:00-18:00, Weekends Closed.

*The payment service will be available at other CO-OP shops soon.

 

How to pick up and pay

  1. Main Library tells you by email that your ILL items have arrived.
  2. Come to Interlibrary Loan Desk and pick up the ILL items and the bills.
  3. Go to Clock Tower CO-OP Shop and hand the bills to CO-OP staff.
  4. Pay charges and the staff give you back the bills as the receipts.

 

After picking up your ILL items, please pay charges within one week.

Please note that you can pay only by cash, at private expenses. For payment at public expenses, please ask your home library. If the department does not have a library, you need to pay in advance at private expenses and apply reimbursement to your department by yourself.

 

Even though you get an email from us about the arrival of your ILL items in March, you need to pay at the CO-OP shop after April 2nd.

 

*Before March 30th, pick up and pay at Main Library, Interlibrary Loan Desk.

*There is no change in the payment methods on photocopying microfilms and some other services.

*If you receive the ILL items at other libraries, there is no change in the payment methods.

If you will go on to graduate school or transfer to a different faculty, please back up records on MyKULINE by yourself by your expiry date.
Please note that records on My KULINE will not be transferred to your new ID automatically.

Who needs to back up MyKULINE records?

Those who will change their status need to back up MyKULINE records manually. (e.g. Students who will go on to graduate school or become a staff member.)
Those who will be reissued their library card are also included.

How to back up

(*1) It is convenient to export Library Record (1.1-1.4.) and Bookmark (2.1.) to document management tool (RefWorks or EndNote Basic) and manage records on the tool.

(*2) Please be sure to back up manually of "My Search" (2.2.) and "New Arrival Alert" (3.1.-3.2.) since there are no export menu.
