• While KULINE is out of service, you can search CiNii Books for books and periodicals held in the KU Libraries."How to search books and periodicals held in the KU Libraries when KULINE is out of service."
• The following services will not be affected.
  1. "Kyoto University Rare Materials Digital Archive"(https://rmda.kulib.kyoto-u.ac.jp/en)
  2. E-journals and databases provided by Library Network and the library website

Faculty of Engineering Libraries in Yoshida will be closed from February to March in order to prepare for the move to Katsura library.

Therefore, you can borrow books in long term at Faculty of Engineering Libraries in Yoshida.
We appreciate your cooperation.

• Libraries : Faculty of Engineering Libraries in Yoshida 
                 *You can receive only at Library of Architecture.
• Due Date : April 12 (Mon.)
• Borrowing : 10 volumes,
                    always excepting Student laboratory books of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Library
• Materials : Books that are due on or after February 9 when rented out normally
• Start Date : Depend on the library and your status

*If the number of books and the rental period you can borrow exceed the above, the original rules will apply.  

• Note 1 : You can't renew books which you borrowed in long term.
• Note 2 : If your library card expires before April 1, due date is the expiration date.

Katsura Library and Faculty of Engineering Libraries in Yoshida will be closed on the following schedule.

From Dec. 28, 2020 to January 4, 2021

※ During this period, the all services will be paused, including the receiving service at the Library of Architecture(Yoshida).

• The library will be closed for Winter Break during the following period. We will resume our services on January 4th. 

• • Closed Period：December 26th(Sat.), 2020 - January 3th(Sun.), 2021

 

• During exam week,  the Library will open on the following days.  It will close at 5pm on each day.  Check our news before planning your visit.

• • January 23rd(Sat.),  24th(Sun.), 30th(Sat.), 31st(Sun.)
