We are pleased to announce that a new search tool “Discovery” will be available.
The “Discovery” enables you to search books, journals, articles, newspaper articles and so on including online resources.
Planned launch date : Wednesday, February 24, 2016 10:00 am
Discovery
What is “Discovery”
“Discovery” is a handy tool for finding books, articles, newspaper articles and so on simultaneously.
It is useful when you are not sure which database is appropriate for your subject or when you would like to search unfamiliar databases.
Notes
Please be aware that:,
-Sometimes the data included in "Discovery" are not fresher than in each databases, therefore in "Discovery" you may not be able to find the materials which you can find in each databases.
-Not all databases can be searched through the “Discovery”.
How to access
Please use “Discovery” through the “Discovery” tab on the KULINE. The “Discovery” tab will be newly added on Feb. 24
- Actually the function of "Discovery" is the same as the "
KU Article Search" which used to be linked by "Articles" tab. After "Discovery" will be launched, the function of the "Article" tab will be limited to search just articles only.
