[Library Network : for KU members] Introduction of the Transformative Agreement for the SpringerLink e-Journal package, and APC Discount
Starting in January 2024, we will introduce the transformative agreement for the SpringerLink e-Journal package that encompasses the Article Processing Charge (APC) and the e-journal subscription fee.
Under this agreement, APC discounts will be applied to articles submitted to Springer journals eligible for OA publication by authors affiliated with Kyoto University.
Some journals are not eligible for this agreement, so please see the following website for information on eligible journals and OA publishing workflow.

[Main Library] Notice of Heating Suspension due to Air Conditioning Construction on 1st/2nd Floors (November 20-December 28)
以下の日時で、館内の空調工事を行います。
■日時：2023年11月20日（月）～2023年12月28日（木）（予定）
■場所：1階・2階全館空調改修工事
工事中、1階のラーニング・コモンズ、2階の閲覧席（西側）を中心に、騒音・振動が発生することがあります。また、施工用の物品搬入のため、業者の通行があります。
工事に伴い、以下の期間、空調が停止します。
１階： 11/22（水）-12/22（金）
２階： 11/27（月）-12/27（水）
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありませんが、騒音・振動が少ない座席、空調が稼働している３F、学習室24への移動などをお願いします。

応募資格：本学の学部または大学院に正規学生として在籍する方
業務内容：本の移動、配架、書架整理、その他図書館補助業務
募集人員：2名程度（勤務体制により、変更となる場合があります）
勤務場所：附属図書館（吉田キャンパス）
勤務期間：令和6年1月9日-令和6年2月中旬を予定
勤務時間：原則として、9:00-17:00の時間内で、1日2-4時間（月-金曜日 週20時間以内）
待 遇：
(1)給与：（学部生）1時間の勤務につき1,050円を支給、（院生）1時間の勤務につき1,100円を支給
(2)交通費：原則支給しません。
選考方法：応募者の勤務可能時間帯を勘案の上、書類選考。なお、応募状況によって時間帯調整や面接を行うことがあります。

記入済申請書を附属図書館1階カウンターまでお持ちください。
受付時間：開館の平日9時-12時、13時-17時（夜間、土・日・祝日は受付できません）

封筒に「図書館アルバイト希望」と明記のうえ、記入済申請書を以下の問合せ先まで送付ください。
※外国籍の方は在留カードのコピー（おもて・うら各1枚）をご提出ください。
※採否にかかわらず応募書類は返却しません。
応募締切：持参、郵送とも、令和5年12月1日（金）まで。
（応募多数の場合には、上記受付期限前に締め切ることがありますので、予めご了承ください）
選考結果：締め切り後１週間を目途に、申請書に記載の電話番号またはメールアドレス宛に採用の可否と、採用の場合は勤務割り振りと共に通知します。
