Due to the renewal of the library system, we will stop temporarily our interlibrary loan service from Aug. 7th (Mon) to Aug. 20th (Sun).
During the suspension period, ordering documents (photocopies and books on loan) from other universities will not be available.

If you would like to request photocopies or books by the end of July, please apply by Jul. 21st (Fri), 2023.
And also please be aware that if your order is between Jul. 22nd (Sat) and Aug. 6th (Sun), the earliest arrival of the documents is on Aug. 21st (Mon) .

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If you would like to order any documents from on-campus or other universities, please apply as soon as possible.

In the Main Library, photography of Japanese-style books (shelved in B3 stack room) became available.

Users are able to take photos of Japanese-style books by themselves in the designated room after the prescribed procedure.

We made a website on use (including photography) of Japanese-style books.

• Access to the library during the temporary opening hours is limited to KU users only.
• The Group Study Rooms on the 1st floor and the Theater Room will be available until 4:45 PM.
• The library will be closed as usual on Sundays. For more details, please refer to the library's opening calendar.
