KUINS-IIIからの接続障害（8/9 13:00-18:30）

2007年8月9日13:00頃から、KUINS-IIIの障害により、学外サイトへのアクセスができない状態となっております。
これにより、電子ジャーナル、データベースへの接続もできなくなっております。
ご不便をおかけしますが、復旧までしばらくお待ち下さい。
