SciFinder sfr to akx Conversion Tool

SciFinder（クライアント版）で作成した SciFinder 形式（.sfr形式）の回答保存ファイルが、SciFinder Web 形式（.akx形式）の回答保存ファイルへ変換できるようになりました。これによりクライアント版で保存した回答が Web版で再現できることになります。
