システム障害により、EBSCOhost上で提供される全データベース（DynaMed等含む）へのアクセスが不安定になっているとのことです。
現在、アメリカ本社にて全力で復旧にあたっているとのことです。
For system failure, access to all database of EBSCOhost has become unstable.
