Springer社、BioMed Central社発行のオープンアクセスジャーナル約400誌に
京都大学の構成員が論文を投稿する場合、論文掲載料（APC）が10％割引されます。
APCとは:
雑誌論文掲載料に相当するもの。
論文をオープンアクセスで掲載するため、APC (article processing charge)と
呼ばれる手数料を投稿者が負担する場合があります。
期間：2015年1月1日-2015年12月31日
この期間内に投稿された論文が対象です。
