[Caution] Bibliographic management software's download function

 On 2015-03-25 (5482 reads)

To those who are using a bibliographic management software, such as EndNote, RefWorks, Mendeley, Zotero, Papers, etc, which allows you to create a database of references that you can use to keep track of your reading and to create references when you write:

The software you are using may have a function that enables automatic bulk download of PDF files from electronic journal sites. Please note that you must not use such a function in Kyoto University under the terms and conditions of the publishers/academic societies that publish the electronic journals. Publishers/academi societies may consider the use of such a function as "inappropriate use" of the electronic resources and shut down the access from the entire IP address range of Kyoto University.

Please re-check the setting of your bibliographic management software.
