diaries and correspondence, ephemera, and more from 16th to 20th.
The handwritten cookbook collection is also searchable by Handwritten Text Recognition.
In addition, the introduction of Module II. has added a foundation for studying the historical links
between food and identity, politics and power, gender, race and socioeconomic status.
