For students, faculty, and staff from universities and colleges in the impacted regions who are staying or evacuating in Kyoto or adjacent areas:
The Kyoto University Library offers access to its facilities and collections on essentially the same terms as for KU members.
Please present your ID card when visiting. Exceptions will be made flexibly if you do not have your ID available. Please reach out to the contact below for further information.
