[Main Library] Visitor's library usage during the examination period (Jan.14 - Feb.7)
The use of the Main Library will be limited to university members only during the examination period (Jan. 14 - Feb. 7).

【Main Library】The Library Hall to be open during the examination period(January 14 - February 7).
The Library Hall on the 3rd floor will be available as a study room during the examination period.
Period： January 14 to February 7, 2020
Opening hours： Weekdays 8:30~21:30
Holidays 10:00~18:30
January 18, 19, 25, 26, February 1, 2 10:00~21:30
【Engineering】5 libraries in Yoshida will close until the end of March.
[2020.1.16]You can rent books held by The Library of Architecture for a long time during the closing period.
Due to opening preparation for Katsura Library, Faculty of Engineering Libraries in Yoshida will close from February to March.
Details are as follows:
- The Library of Architecture will close from February 3 to March 31.[2020.1.16]In the case that materials which you want are held only the library, please contact us.
- The Electrical and Electronic Engineering Library will close on every Tuesday and Thursday between February and March.
- The Library of School of Global Engineering will close from February 10 to March 31.[2020.1.16]In the case that materials which you want are held only the library, please contact us.
- The Library of Industrial Chemistry will open. But the stack room and the front desk will close frequently without previous notice. When you use library materials, please contact the library previously.
- The Library of Physics will open as usual. But it may closed without previous notice.
Inter-campus delivery service will be available as usual.
Please keep in mind that some materials cannot be used or deliveries may be delayed. Using other libraries is recommended.

[Platform Changed] Early English Books Online (EEBO) [ProQuest]
As of January 2020, "Early English Books Online" is migrating to the ProQuest Platform, and changes its URL.

[Medical Library] Library hours will be expanded during exam period (On Sundays and Holidays from Jan. 5 to Feb. 2)
This year as well, the Medical Library will expand our library hours during the examination period. We will be open on Sundays and Holidays from Jun. 30 to Jul. 21(Examination Period in 1st Semester), on Sundays and Holidays from Jan. 5 to Feb. 2(Examination Period in 2nd Semester and the period immediately before National Medical Examination) as we did last year.
