このたび、図書増加に伴う配架スペースの狭隘化に対応するため、書庫内資料を以下の通り再配置することとなりました。
また、これに伴い南棟書庫２，３を臨時閉室いたします。
利用者のみなさまにはご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解、ご協力のほどお願いいたします。
なお、ご不明な点はスタッフまでお尋ねください。

１．書庫内資料の再配置について

  • 再配置対象資料
      南棟書庫２、３に配架している新分類洋書
     
  • 再配置日程
      作業期間：平成27年9月24日（木）から平成27年9月30日（水）
      （平成27年10月1日（木）から新配置で公開予定）
    なお、作業期間中は南棟書庫２、３を臨時休室といたします。
    詳細は「２．南棟書庫２，３の臨時閉室について」をご参照ください。

     
  • 再配置内容
    対象資料のうち、
      請求記号が「９」で始まる図書：吉田南総合図書館B2集密書庫に移動
      請求記号が「７」「８」で始まる図書：南棟書庫３に移動
      大型図書：南棟書庫３に、新たに大型図書コーナーを設置のうえ移動

２．南棟書庫２，３の臨時閉室について

  • 臨時閉室期間
      平成27年9月24日（木）から平成27年9月30日（水）
     
  • 閉室期間中の資料利用について
    南棟書庫２、３には、利用者は入室できません。
    必要な資料は、事前申し込みにより職員が出納します。
    出納の申込は、カウンターまたはメール（推奨）で承ります。
    ご入り用の資料タイトル、資料ID、請求記号を明記のうえ、お申し込みください。

  ※出納時間は平日9時、12時、17時の１日3回です。作業の関係上、その他の時間には出納できませんのでご了承ください。


なお、南棟書庫１、４-６、B1書庫、B2書庫については通常通りご利用いただけます。

Index Islamicus Online is a bibliographic index to publications covering all aspects of Islamic Studies written in European languages. The searchable index has over 400,000 records detailing materials about all the main Muslim areas of Asia and Africa, as well as Muslims living elsewhere, and their history, beliefs, societies, cultures, languages and literatures.

Over 3,000 journals are monitored for inclusion in the database, together with conference proceedings, monographs, multi-authored works and book reviews. Journals and books are indexed down to the article and chapter level.

[Main Library]The criteria of judgment for opening the library in typhoon

 台風が接近した場合、次の方針により、開館/閉館/開館時間変更を判断します。

◎気象庁（京都地方気象台）の情報を元にします。　
◎基準となる対象地域は、京都市又は京都市を含む地域とします。

■開館→閉館の判断

１．開館中
現在、強風域であって、おおむね3時間後に特別警報、暴風警報の発令が
予測される場合、1-2時間後に閉館します。

２．開館前に接近（平日）　　
午前6時30分時点で特別警報、暴風警報が発令されている場合、開館しません。

３．開館前に接近（平日以外）
午前7時30分時点で特別警報、暴風警報が発令されている場合、開館しません。


■閉館→開館の判断

１．平日
特別警報、暴風警報が解除された1時間30分後に開館します
（ただし、担当職員が出勤できている場合。出勤できていない場合は、
職員が図書館に到着し開館準備ができしだい開館します）。

注）開館時間が午後5時を過ぎる場合は開館しません。

２．平日以外
特別警報、暴風警報が解除された1時間30分後に開館します。
（ただし、担当職員が出勤できている場合。出勤できていない場合は、
職員が図書館に到着し開館準備ができしだい開館します）。

注）開館時間が午後2時を過ぎる場合は開館しません。
