[Main Library] Abolishment of Suspension Period for Borrowing Materials (Oct.3-)

The Main Library will abolish the penalty of suspension of borrowing materials, which had been applied when overdue materials are returned, from October 3, 2023.
Please note that you will not be able to borrow new materials if you currently have overdue materials.
