Detail on Publishing Other Research Outputs on KURENAI
This page describes how to make your research and educational outputs (e.g., educational materials and books) produced at Kyoto University open access.
Eligibility
All former and current affiliates may deposit original contents which they have produced at Kyoto University with the consent(s) of all co-author(s). The contents will remain open access even if the author's affiliation changes.
How to Deposit Your Research and Educational Outputs in KURENAI
- You can apply the request via the KURENAI Deposit System (SPS-ID required).
- For further information on how to use the KURENAI Deposit System, click here.
- If you don't have an SPS-ID or have trouble using the KURENAI Deposit System, please follow the below "Application when the KURENAI Deposit System is not available."
Application when the KURENAI Deposit System is not available
- Please refer to the Copyright Transfer Agreement and check whether the publisher permits self-archiving in the author's institutional repository. If you are uncertain of the publisher policy, please contact us.
- Please send us two documents listed below;

*Please fill in the information and send this form via intra-campus mail or the Kyoto University e-mail (kyoto-u.ac.jp).
*Students are required to include their faculty research supervisor's e-mail addresses with the Kyoto University's domain name in CC.
