About the situation that a part of full text can't be downloaded.

April 5, 2017
Due to NII-ELS end, under the cooperation with the academic society, CiNii is now doing the contents transfer into other publication service.
As for the contents that the transfer has been completed, its links for download are displayed.
However, contents which the transfer is not completed yet are not available to download.
Please refer to the below information for the latest situation of the transfer.
