この度、附属図書研究開発室主催によりセミナー「大学におけるAIと倫理」を開催します。

　AI（人工知能）技術の活用は急速に私たちの日常生活の一部になりつつありますが、AI技術の進歩がもたらす私たちの社会生活や思考パターンの変化は、まだ十分に明らかになっていません。一方で、プライバシーや著作権の侵害、差別やバイアスの助長をはじめ、AIを活用することによる新たな倫理的な課題については、すでに多く指摘されています。
　本セミナーでは、3人の先生方のご講演を通して、特に大学というアカデミックな環境において、私たちがどのようにこれらの倫理問題に向き合いつつ、新しい教育環境を創出していくべきか、その道筋を探ります。

1. 3F Library Hall is available as a study room

Hours are as follows:

• Weekdays 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 10:00 a.m. - 30 minutes before the closing time

2. Extension of hours on weekends and holiday (January 24-25, 31-February 1st.)

The library will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the following days.

• 2/1 (Sun.)

3. For non-KU users (including graduates)

Please refrain from entering the library because it is crowded with KU students for the period.

Wakatte-iitomo! (わかっていいとも！)
-One-Minute Research Talks: An Interdisciplinary Exchange Event for fellow students-

We shall hold a talk event where students from the humanities and sciences pair up to explain their research.

• presentation without slides or whiteboards by the speaker: 1 minute
• session with a mentor: 7 minutes
• Q&A session from the audience: 5minutes

After 13 minutes, all participants aim to "understand" the research in different fields.
The student giving the talk will change daily. Shall we pop over and listen to someone nearby's research?

(The language used in this event is Japanese.)
